University Place (UP)
University Place is the home for 393 residents. It is a three floor coed suite style residence hall. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room area in each suite. Each air-conditioned suite accommodates eight to 10 residents. All bedrooms are furnished with beds, desks and chairs. The living room area contains one cushioned love seat and two chairs. University Place has a courtyard centrally located, as well as a laundry room, recreation suite, conference room and a kitchen.
